We are ISO 9001 Certified (Certificate No: 0208-01-00-0), in addition, our Quality Assurance program is designed and maintained to meet the requirements of: MIL 45662A, MIL 45208, ISR-1, and U.S. Naval Nuclear Requirements.

Material grades passing through our facility range from A36 to 410, Nitronic 60 Beta-C titanium, hastelloy, ferralium 225 waspalloy to inconel 600, 625, 718 and 901.

Our Welding capabilities add to our diversity. We currently have tested and approved procedures in place to weld inconel 625 inlays / overlays, 4130, aluminum, and 300 series stainless overlays for a variety of oilfield products; as well as many other applications. We have an in-house certified stress relieve, preheat / post heat furnace.

All items are inspected 100% prior to shipment. To assure your product is delivered to your specifications, our program requires a full-time Q.A. Manager, 2 full-time inspectors and the latest fully calibrated inspection equipment, including coordinate measuring machines.
