| The corporate office and production facility are located at 6210 Cunningham, in the heart of the industrial center of northwest Houston, Texas. The property consists of 5 acres with a 45,000 sq. ft. (4,236 sq. m) warehouse. The original 31,200 sq. ft. (2,898 sq. m) building contains (3) ten ton and (4) five ton overhead cranes with 22 ft. (6.7 m) hook height. This building was reinsulated throughout and a new insulated roof was added in the spring of 1997. More recently, a 14,400 sq. ft. (1,338 sq. m) addition which consists of 3 bays each 40 ft. (12.2m) wide by 120 ft. (36.58m) long was completed. This new addition houses a 30 ton overhead crane in the center bay with a 30 ft. (9.14m) hook height. This new bay and crane were put to the test in early 1999, when upon completion of inspection we were set to deliver a job involving a 55,000 lb. forging die assembly for use in the manufacture of parts for the Delta Rocket. | |||||||||
